A New Heaven and a New Earth

Isaiah 65:20-25
20 "Never again will there be in it
an infant who lives but a few days,
or an old man who does not live out his years;
he who dies at a hundred
will be thought a mere youth;
he who fails to reach [a] a hundred
will be considered accursed.

21 They will build houses and dwell in them;
they will plant vineyards and eat their fruit.

22 No longer will they build houses and others live in them,
or plant and others eat.
For as the days of a tree,
so will be the days of my people;
my chosen ones will long enjoy
the works of their hands.

23 They will not toil in vain
or bear children doomed to misfortune;
for they will be a people blessed by the LORD,
they and their descendants with them.

24 Before they call I will answer;
while they are still speaking I will hear.

25 The wolf and the lamb will feed together,
and the lion will eat straw like the ox,
but dust will be the serpent's food.
They will neither harm nor destroy
on all my holy mountain,"
says the LORD.

While reading this passage, I realize how corrupted and perishable the world is. There are so many things that bring death and (opposite of peace) to the world. We live in a sinful world that is imperfect, but here, God shows His plans for a world in how it was suppose to be. This place of the New Heaven and a New Earth.

I want to give God the glory for all that has happened and all that is to come. It is our vision as Christians to wait for the time of God's world. His glory is present in it. Let peace and God's glory reign in this New World.

Dear Heavenly Father, your plans for a unity and peace of a greater world is so astonishing. A better world without sin leads the people to glorify your name. I pray for that to come, as you are God and you reign. Let us give you all the glory and praise in Jesus name.
Amen.

God Promises That We Will Receive From Him

Isaiah 61:6-7
6 And you will be called priests of the LORD,
you will be named ministers of our God.
You will feed on the wealth of nations,
and in their riches you will boast.

7 Instead of their shame
my people will receive a double portion,
and instead of disgrace
they will rejoice in their inheritance;
and so they will inherit a double portion in their land,
and everlasting joy will be theirs.

This is one of God's promise to us. We are called priest of the Lord, and Ministers of God. His favor is upon us and His double portion and inheritance will be ours. This is awesome!

The Lord is good, and He is greatly to be praised. His promises for us are good. He has plans to prosper us and to lift us up, not to disgrace or shame us, but to inherit His blessings. I must trust in the Lord and He will bring me to His place.

Father God, I thank you for all that you have promised. You are good. You have declared it in Your words that we are to lead your people into your favor. Let us do that. Let us come into your presence, your Holy and good presence, with thanksgiving and humble our hearts to receive from you. I thank you so much. I give you all the honor and glory in Jesus name.
Amen.

More Than Just Going Through The Motions

Isaiah 58:3-5
3 'Why have we fasted,' they say,
'and you have not seen it?
Why have we humbled ourselves,
and you have not noticed?'
"Yet on the day of your fasting, you do as you please
and exploit all your workers.

4 Your fasting ends in quarreling and strife,
and in striking each other with wicked fists.
You cannot fast as you do today
and expect your voice to be heard on high.

5 Is this the kind of fast I have chosen,
only a day for a man to humble himself?
Is it only for bowing one's head like a reed
and for lying on sackcloth and ashes?
Is that what you call a fast,
a day acceptable to the LORD ?

We are not perfect by any means. There are so many things that God needs to work in our lives. When I serve the Lord, I need to have my heart into it as well. This passage about fasting reminds me of having the heart of God and follow it.

I can't just go through the motions of serving the Lord, but I need to have my heart in it as well. You can easily start doing things without God leading you, and that is what I want to stay away from. I want God's presence in everything that I do and everywhere that I go.

Father God, I thank you for your Spirit guiding me in my ways. I pray for your Spirit to continue to lift me up and be present in all that I do for you. Lord, let my heart be in that which I do, that I not lose my love in serving you. I pray for your anointing to be in my ministry. I thank you for blessing it, and continue to have your hand upon it. I pray all these in Jesus name.
Amen.

God's Thoughts and His Ways

Isaiah 55:7-8
7 Let the wicked forsake his way
and the evil man his thoughts.
Let him turn to the LORD, and he will have mercy on him,
and to our God, for he will freely pardon.

8 "For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
neither are your ways my ways,"
declares the LORD.

God has so much in store for us. He has great plans for us. He wants the best for us, plans to prosper us, plans for a great and fulfilling life. Sometimes it is us who hinder those plans. Sometimes, we are not up for the challenge, but here, the Lord tells us to listen to Him, to follow His ways.

I need to listen to the Lord. I need to have Him guide me in all that I do. I am only Human, and sometimes I am stricken with incapability, but the Lord's ways shows me that I can do all things in Christ Jesus. I need to believe in Him and let Him change my life according to His ways.

Dear Heavenly Father, I thank you for having great plans for me, that you think of me in fullness in all that I may be. I thank you Lord, that you never ever wanted the worst for me, but always the best for me. I know that my thoughts and vision are sometimes lacking, but I thank you that Your thoughts and Your ways for me lead me to a prosperous life. I thank you for loving me so much that you think about me like this. Humble my heart to follow your ways. I thank you Lord and I pray all these things in your Holy and Mighty name.
Amen.

Qualities of God

2 Peter 1:5-8
5For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; 6and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; 7and to godliness, brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness, love. 8For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

We are to always better ourselves in the way that we life in the Lord. That is where the vision to dominate our lives comes from. That in all aspect, that it be excellent in the eyes of the Lord.

These are things that I will need to continually work on. I need more faith, and goodness, and self-control, and perseverance, and godliness, and kindness, and love. Through these things, I will be an effective witness to the Lord.

Father God, thank you for your love and you goodness and all that these are. I pray for your character upon me, that I may be made like you. Let your Spirit pour out into my life, that I be changed for you, and I pray that my life reflect your glory, that I may be effective as a witness for you. I thank you Lord, and I pray all these things in your Holy name.
Amen.

Live According To God

1 Peter 4:3-6

3For you have spent enough time in the past doing what pagans choose to do—living in debauchery, lust, drunkenness, orgies, carousing and detestable idolatry. 4They think it strange that you do not plunge with them into the same flood of dissipation, and they heap abuse on you. 5But they will have to give account to him who is ready to judge the living and the dead. 6For this is the reason the gospel was preached even to those who are now dead, so that they might be judged according to men in regard to the body, but live according to God in regard to the spirit.

This reminds me of my friends that do not know the Lord.  They live in the ways of the world.  They try to get me to live my life according to earthly temptation, but it is with God's strength that I am able to stand firm in God's Glory.

I put my trust in the Lord.  He is my strength and my deliverer.  He is my fortress when I am weak.  When temptation comes, I have to lean on God's strength instead of my own.

Father God, I thank you for your strength, that you are always there for me.  I praise your Holy name and I give you glory.  I pray for my friends that don't know you as their Lord and Savior.  I pray for your Spirit to move in their lives.  Show yourself to them.  Let me show them how good you are and that you are the way, that Salvation only comes through You.  Lord, let me live according to your Spirit.  I pray this in Jesus name.
Amen.

To Walk In His Righteousness

Isaiah 42:5-7

 5 This is what God the LORD says—
       he who created the heavens and stretched them out,
       who spread out the earth and all that comes out of it,
       who gives breath to its people,
       and life to those who walk on it:

 6 "I, the LORD, have called you in righteousness;
       I will take hold of your hand.
       I will keep you and will make you
       to be a covenant for the people
       and a light for the Gentiles,

 7 to open eyes that are blind,
       to free captives from prison
       and to release from the dungeon those who sit in darkness.

We are a people of God, a great and mighty God, who has created this place in the heavens for us, that we are given life through His breath.  It is so awesome to see the hand of God on His people.  We are His people, and we are to walk in His ways so that He can do mighty things through and in us.

God's promises great things for His people that walk in His ways.  He has plans to use us to do great miracles throughout the nations.  He has called us into righteousness, and we have to take hold of that.

Father God, I thank you for your mighty ways.  I thank you for your goodness towards your people.  Keep us in your ways, to learn to walk in your light, so that we may be in your spirit.  I pray that you have your hands upon us, and I pray that your Spirit guide us and lead us into your righteousness.  I thank you and I pray this all in your Glory.
Amen.

Jesus My Example

1 Peter 2:21-24
21To this you were called, because Christ suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow in his steps.
22"He committed no sin,
      and no deceit was found in his mouth."[e] 23When they hurled their insults at him, he did not retaliate; when he suffered, he made no threats. Instead, he entrusted himself to him who judges justly. 24He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed.

As Christians, our goal is to live a life that is pleasing and Holy to the Lord.  Like Jesus, we must be an example to show others what the good news is.

Jesus is our example.  I must follow in His ways and seek Him with all my heart.  Sometimes I may not be living the way that He wants me to live, and that is when I realize that I need Him, and to continue to live for God.

Father, I thank you for your words.  I pray that it speak into my life to change me to live more for you.  I pray that your Holy Spirit guide me in all that I do.  Let me be an example to your people, that I may also life Holy and Righteous before your eyes.  I pray for your forgiveness and for your Salvation, that I may be a new person living in Christ.  Use me in a mighty way.  I thank you for your blood and your Cross.  I give you all the worship, and all the praise, and all the glory in Jesus name.
Amen.

Faith Is Greater Than Gold, Salvation For Our Souls

1 Peter 1:6-9
6In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials. 7These have come so that your faith—of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire—may be proved genuine and may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed. 8Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, 9for you are receiving the goal of your faith, the salvation of your souls.

This passage talks about faith and salvation. I like how it says here that our faith is more precious than gold, and our salvation is the result of our faith in Christ Jesus. This is a reminder of our lives, that it is for Christ, and it was redeemed by Christ.

The joy of the Lord is our Strength. He is our Salvation. It is because he died and overcame death can we have Salvation. That should be our joy. That should be our strength. Our faith in the Lord is so precious because, in doing so, it brings our souls to Salvation in Jesus.

Father, I thank you for your Cross. I know that you have suffered and died on the Cross for my sins. I know that you loved me so much to do that. I thank you and I put my faith and trust in you that I may come to you with a broken heart, that you may make me new because that is what Salvation is. I thank you Lord. I pray that you continue to have your Spirit upon me and guiding me. I pray all these things in Your Holy name.
Amen.

We Serve A Living God

2 Kings 19:15-19
15 And Hezekiah prayed to the LORD : "O LORD, God of Israel, enthroned between the cherubim, you alone are God over all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made heaven and earth. 16 Give ear, O LORD, and hear; open your eyes, O LORD, and see; listen to the words Sennacherib has sent to insult the living God.

17 "It is true, O LORD, that the Assyrian kings have laid waste these nations and their lands. 18 They have thrown their gods into the fire and destroyed them, for they were not gods but only wood and stone, fashioned by men's hands. 19 Now, O LORD our God, deliver us from his hand, so that all kingdoms on earth may know that you alone, O LORD, are God."

God's words is His Spirit speaking through the Holy Scriptures. We serve a living God. One that can hear, speak, and change lives. It says it right here, that the God of this universe is a living God. It is not made out of stone, or wood, or from man, but He is the one which created all things.

This passage speaks of the great God that we serve. We are in a relationship with this great God and He speaks to me. He lives in me. And He continues to use me in mighty ways.

Father, I love the relationship that we have. I know that you are with me. Your Spirit guides me through my days. I pray for your breath to continue to speak into my life. You, a great God who is above this world, are worthy to be praised and glorified. I thank you for your cross, for your death. I give you honor and glory and praise in Jesus name.
Amen.

Submit to God And Resist The Devil

James 4:7-8
7Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

The devil is always attacking me. It is a spiritual war and He doesn't like it when we are changing the world for the Lord.

We must submit and resist the devil. He will do anything and send much temptation and struggle our way, but we must trust in the Lord.

Father God, I thank you for the word, your breath. I pray that you speak into my life with your Holy Bible. I pray against the devil's attacks in Jesus name. I pray that you have your hand upon me and my household, that the devil will flee. I put my trust in you and I resist. Give me strength to resist that which is against your will. I thank you and pray all this in Jesus name
Amen.

By Your Spirit

Isaiah 30:1-2

1 "Woe to the obstinate children,"
       declares the LORD,
       "to those who carry out plans that are not mine,
       forming an alliance, but not by my Spirit,
       heaping sin upon sin;

 2 who go down to Egypt
       without consulting me;
       who look for help to Pharaoh's protection,
       to Egypt's shade for refuge.

This passage speaks against the stubbornness of our hearts to listen to the Lord.  He speaks to us direct our paths and to lead us into His spirit.  An 'obstinate' child is one who is unyielding or unbending to their own desires and their own direct, and not of the direction that God is leading in His people.

If we, as children of God, are childish in our ways and not listening to our Father in heaven, then we are out of His will for us.  We must listen to the Lord and hear from His words for us, leading us in His direction.  We must also humble ourselves and our hearts to be led in His ways, through His Body in Christ.

Father, I pray for your spirit to lead in a great and mighty way.  I pray for your vision and your will to be shown to us.  Let our hearts follow your spirit and let your Holy Spirit guide us to your ways.  In all that we do, I pray that it is in your Spirit and not of our own desire.  I thank you for your word.  Let it change and mold me in the way that you intended.  I thank you and give you all the glory in Jesus name.
Amen.

The Purpose

Hebrews 13:16-17
16And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased. 17Obey your leaders and submit to their authority. They keep watch over you as men who must give an account. Obey them so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no advantage to you

Again, the Lord is working on my heart to serve, and as a servant, to be humble in all that I do, to do it for the Lord.  He shows me to continue to share to others in Love.  He shows me to do it as a pleasing sacrifice to God.

I know that I have much to grow in the Lord.  I am not perfect in many ways, but with God I can do all things.  I must not get carried away with the means and forget about the purpose of letting others know that Jesus loves them.  For me, it is to stay on the straight path, but also to remember where the path leads to, it leads to the Lord.

Father, I thank you for this passage.  Your words remind me of the purpose.  Your purpose to love others as you loved me.  Your purpose to show others that you are the way.  Lord, I pray that you continue to do a work in me and remind me why I do the things I do.  I thank you for your strength.  I pray all these things in your Holy name.
Amen.

The Right Leader Brings Spiritual Covering

Isaiah 23:15-17
15 At that time Tyre will be forgotten for seventy years, the span of a king's life. But at the end of these seventy years, it will happen to Tyre as in the song of the prostitute:

16 "Take up a harp, walk through the city,
O prostitute forgotten;
play the harp well, sing many a song,
so that you will be remembered."

17 At the end of seventy years, the LORD will deal with Tyre. She will return to her hire as a prostitute and will ply her trade with all the kingdoms on the face of the earth.

This is why leadership and having the right covering is very important. If there is someone who is leading that God has not placed there to lead, then those that are being led may not be going the way that they are suppose to. Here, with a different ruler, Tyre goes back into a way of life that is not the way God meant it to be, in the case of prostitution.

I believe that whatever I do in the Lord should be in His will. I need to be anointed in hearing from His words as well as discerning and having spiritual covering in the way that I am led. All these should be in the blessing of the Lord.

Father God, I pray for your anointing right now. I pray against spiritual deception and division. Let your covering be upon your people. I pray for your spirit to guide and use me in a way that is according to your purpose. I pray for strength and courage to follow you. I thank you Lord, and let me do all these things in Love, your Love. I give you all the praise in Jesus name.
Amen.

Faith Made Perfect

Hebrews 11:1-2
1Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. 2This is what the ancients were commended for.

Hebrews 11:39-40
39These were all commended for their faith, yet none of them received what had been promised. 40God had planned something better for us so that only together with us would they be made perfect.

God has been speaking to me lately about faith. Our faith in Him for what He is going to do in our lives. He has been constantly putting up this verse in my life, and here I am again, reading it for my devotions. Faith. How, through faith, we can be made perfect in Him.

I need to continue to trust in the Lord and lean not on my own understanding but let Him take over. With everything that is being done, it is easy to forget the Love that I have for Jesus. But in faith, that Love I have becomes even more important, that I may know that God is doing wonders in this place.

Father God, I thank you for your Love for me. I know that you loved us so much that you came and died for us. That your blood has covered my shame and my sins, so that I may come to have Salvation. Lord, I thank you for that. It reminds me of how precious you are to me. I reminds me of the great things that you have done in my life. You are a Great God. And I put my trust in you. I know that your Love drives all things. Let me continue to trust in you. Let my heart follow yours I pray in Jesus Holy and Mighty name.
Amen.

Faith, Hope, And Love

Hebrews 10:21-25
21and since we have a great priest over the house of God, 22let us draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water. 23Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. 24And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. 25Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

Faith, Hope, and Love. These are the will of the Lord. This is the heart of the Lord. This passage reminds me of others. To be faithful to the Lord and to continue to love others in Christ.

I feel the Lord pulling me to have a heart to Love more and to continue it in faith. There are so many people who do not know Jesus and the love that He has for us. If my heart follows His own heart, then my love for others should urge me to share the words of the Lord faithfully.

Father God, I know that you have great plans for me. You have put people in my life to love. Let me be obedient and faithful to you. Let me love those who I encounter and be a witness for You. I pray that your Holy Spirit empower me to follow your will. Let me hear you voice in every step of the way. I thank you and give you all the glory in Jesus name.
Amen.

Jesus Saves Through Grace And Mercy

Micah 2:12-13
12 "I will surely gather all of you, O Jacob;
I will surely bring together the remnant of Israel.
I will bring them together like sheep in a pen,
like a flock in its pasture;
the place will throng with people.

13 One who breaks open the way will go up before them;
they will break through the gate and go out.
Their king will pass through before them,
the LORD at their head."

This is God's grace in a time where judgement is being sentenced. God's grace says here that he will not destroy all that is here, but will restore and rebuild His kingdom. This is us. This is Salvation. This is where God saves us, we who are sinners.

As Christ Jesus as our head, we are living in a place that is restored, through God's grace and His mercy. We have salvation only through Him. I thank God for that. I am an undeserving sinner who is saved by Christ.

Father God, I thank you for your grace and for your mercy. It is only through these that I am able to come before you and live a life that is restored. I pray that I not be so evil of a sinner that you would not favor me, that you would withhold your blessings towards me, but let me live a life that is worthy of you. I pray that I keep my life in your way and I pray that you be with me as I do so. I thank you and praise you in the name of Jesus.
Amen.

No Evil, But A Blameless Life

Psalms 101:2-4
2 I will be careful to lead a blameless life—
when will you come to me?
I will walk in my house
with blameless heart.

3 I will set before my eyes
no vile thing.
The deeds of faithless men I hate;
they will not cling to me.

4 Men of perverse heart shall be far from me;
I will have nothing to do with evil.

We are held to a higher standard when in Christ. We are not held to the standards of the world, but to God's standard. Therefore, we need to hold a life beyond blameless. We lead others and show others God's Salvation through living a blameless life.

I must uphold my life to be blameless before the Lord as well to others. I try my best to live life according to the will of the Lord, and I must also hold myself to others, so that I may have my life as a testimony for God.

Father, let my life be a testimony to others that you are a God that I serve and that you are a God that I trust. Let it be that I stay way from wickedness, so that I may lead others to your Glory. I pray for guidance and strength to go through tough times, and I pray for your anointing. I thank you and pray this in Jesus name.
Amen.

Good To Be Near God

Psalms 73:25-28
25 Whom have I in heaven but you?
And earth has nothing I desire besides you.

26 My flesh and my heart may fail,
but God is the strength of my heart
and my portion forever.

27 Those who are far from you will perish;
you destroy all who are unfaithful to you.

28 But as for me, it is good to be near God.
I have made the Sovereign LORD my refuge;
I will tell of all your deeds.

This is the heart of one that seeks the Lord with all their heart. They don't want anything else but God. They want to be with Him always. They NEED the Lord.

I desire to be like the writer of this psalm, making the Lord my God the center of my life, so that I may praise and always worship him. Things of this world may seem great, but it is only earthly desires, and my desire over all things is to be near God.

Father, I adore you, I praise your name and keep you at the center of my life. I want to desire nothing else but to be with you, and to have you as my God. I praise you with this passage that you have spoken to me, through your Holy Bible. I pray that I can make you my refuge, my strength, my all. I give you all the glory in Jesus name.
Amen.

Christ Jesus Today

Hebrews 3:12-14
12See to it, brothers, that none of you has a sinful, unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God. 13But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called Today, so that none of you may be hardened by sin's deceitfulness. 14We have come to share in Christ if we hold firmly till the end the confidence we had at first.

Today is the moment that we have, always encouraging each other, building up the church that is under God, until our moment is gone, which is the day that Christ Jesus comes again. Sin is a dangerous game, and if we don't be accountable and help each other "Today", then sin can creep up on you.

This passage shows us to, not only encourage, but to build and be accountable to each other, all the time. I need to be accountable to others, as well has have others accountable for me, so that sin can not take over.

Father God, I thank you for this great word, that you may keep in my heart to be accountable as well as to have accountability. I pray for all the people in my life, that they may keep me accountable to you. I thank you for them. Let us build each other up in the Lord, continually seeking you daily. I pray this in your Holy name.
Amen.

Not Of An Angel

Hebrews 1:8-14
8But about the Son he says,
"Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever,
and righteousness will be the scepter of your kingdom.
9You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness;
therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions
by anointing you with the oil of joy." 10He also says,
"In the beginning, O Lord, you laid the foundations of the earth,
and the heavens are the work of your hands.
11They will perish, but you remain;
they will all wear out like a garment.
12You will roll them up like a robe;
like a garment they will be changed.
But you remain the same,
and your years will never end." 13To which of the angels did God ever say,
"Sit at my right hand
until I make your enemies
a footstool for your feet"? 14Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?

The prophet here is addressing the splendor and glory of Christ Jesus, the one who brings Salvation. It is addressing the issue of having angels, great as they are, are not meant to be glorified, but to serve, to serve the Lord God. Just as we are. Sometimes we feel like these angels, thinking highly of ourselves, when we need to bow down and serve the almighty God.

When I think of an angel, I think of this great being that comes from nowhere and has all these powers. And so much more is the God that we serve. Christ is more glorified and powerful than any angel around. We can't have this aura of feeling like an angel, thinking of ourselves as great and mighty, but humble ourselves to serve the Lord.

Father, I thank you for your gift of Salvation. I know that you are the one that is glorified. Let me humble myself and think not of myself, but to trust in You. I want to be like a servant that serves you. I want to have you be glorified. I thank you and pray this in Jesus name.
Amen.

God Is Not Something I Created, He Is Above All Things

Psalms 115:2-8
2 Why do the nations say,
"Where is their God?"

3 Our God is in heaven;
he does whatever pleases him.

4 But their idols are silver and gold,
made by the hands of men.

5 They have mouths, but cannot speak,
eyes, but they cannot see;

6 they have ears, but cannot hear,
noses, but they cannot smell;

7 they have hands, but cannot feel,
feet, but they cannot walk;
nor can they utter a sound with their throats.

8 Those who make them will be like them,
and so will all who trust in them.

These people still worshiped a god that was lifeless, because they had made it with their bare hands. These people felt that they were in control of things if they make a god for themselves, one that they can serve. But, God is does not like that, because they are putting their trust in earthly things, and not in the God of the Universe.

Sometimes I put trust in myself. I figure that I can do it. I can handle things. But when things add up, I am feeling the weight of it all. God is speaking to me, saying to trust in Him. Don't be like the world and make the god of confidence in the flesh, but trust in the Lord. That is what I must do, trust in the Lord to carry me through.

Father God, I thank you for your words and I submit to you. I know that sometimes, flesh can take over, and my trust in you fades away, but let me be reminded of your greatness. I thank you for being the God of the Universe, one that I may worship. I thank you and I praise your Holy name.
Amen.

God's Mercy Gives Salvation

Titus 3:4-7
4But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, 5he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, 6whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior, 7so that, having been justified by his grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life.

Ahh, hearing this springs beauty to my ears. It is what Salvation is about. And that, through Christ, we are heirs to having eternal life. We are able to inherit life because of the goodness of Jesus.

This rhema speaks so loudly the grace of God. It resounds the power that God did when He died on the Cross. Let this verse be a reminder of the live that we have received through Christ Jesus.

Father, I thank you for your love for me. I am made a new creation; Salvation through Jesus. I thank you and I can't help but sing praise to this. I know that without you, I would still be in sin, but I thank you for your covering over me. Let it be known in my life that you covered me with your blood. Holy is your Name.
Amen.
